Sizing Issues
Contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the sizing details and available replacement options.
Manufacturing Defects
If a tip arrives damaged, send us a clear photo within 14 days. We will arrange a replacement tip or set when appropriate.
Order Changes
Changes can be requested before production begins. Once the set is in production, changes may not be possible.
